I had a great time in Boise at the Farm Bureau Convention. This was a three day event. It is amazing we all live in this great state of Idaho, but have such a diversity the crops we grow and the animals we raise throughout the state. We learned a lot and we were served lots of great food, grown by us the “farmer”. Our entertainment is always good, and I really enjoyed it again this year. The Peterson Farm Bros put on a great show.
If you haven’t seen their farm videos you can watch them on YouTube and on their website. A great way to learn a little bit about farm life with lots of humor. Any questions you can go to their blog page.
The lighting wasn’t the best for pictures but I was able to get a picture. They are very nice, down to earth, farm boys. Their mom should be proud!
I wanted to send them home with a souvenir from Idaho. I know they are older kids, but I thought they might enjoy The Farmers Wife Series. These books are a little taste of my farm life, with pictures of our live farm animals and a little peek of the beautiful Lost River Valley.
What a fun opportunity to meet some very nice people.
I really enjoyed the convention this year.
I hope you enjoyed my blog post. Comments are welcome!!
